Role Overview
The Fleet Ops Associate is responsible of ensuring all Fleet Ops processes are performed accurately and on a timely manner . A key aspect of the role will be to maximize the uptime of the Fleet.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure the fleet documentation is up to date.
  • Document processes.
  • Support on the ground activities to keep fleet operational.
  • Onboard new members.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Experience teams to provide fast, seamless assistance to users
  • Keep meticulous records activities, events impacting the operation of the fleet.
  • Work towards well-defined targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Work with Analytics and Automation team to automate processes and proactively identify risks.
Requirements and Skills
  • Customer-centric attitude
  • Team player who will coordinate well with others, providing and seeking assistance when needed
  • The proactive approach always ensures to provide every customer all the information they may need
  • Great organizational skills - You are able to juggle multiple work streams at once and keep track of all follow-ups
  • English - Fluent
  • Advanced use of Excel.
